Welcome to our Capital Belt & Supply Company! From humble beginnings with just a hand cutter and a small table, we have grown into a thriving business with a 2000 sqft production facility and 1,200 sqft of office space in our new location. At our new location, we are proud to feature state-of-the-art equipment, including slitting, press cutting, CNC routing, and CNC knife cutting. This advanced technology allows us to enhance our production capabilities and deliver precision-crafted products to meet your needs

CNC EQUIPMENT
Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC technology, we provide precise cutting services for all our gasket and packing solutions. This advanced method guarantees unmatched accuracy and product consistency. In house cnc router allow for difficult plastic projects, cnc knife for all gasket applications, water cutting as needed. CAD programming is used for our tool making and also utilized for a special cutting process allowing small runs of custom gaskets much cheaper and accurate
PUMP PACKING & V-PACKING
Teaming with several major manufacturers of braided packing we can cover any pump application you find. Our connection with smaller specialty braiders we can offer quick turn around and lower prices. For V-PACKING & RUBBER SEALS we partner with CARCO PRP and can design a superior seal for difficult applications with extreme wear and conditions

CUSTOM GASKET DESIGN & MFG
With cad aided design process and custom cutting techniques, we provide precise accurate gaskets cut to your print specifications. With in house tooling ability we can produce large gaskets quickly and efficiently. Tight tollerances can be held on large or small gaskets. We can cut thick rubber or thick non asbestos materials quickly. Our specialty metal clad gaskets allow for quick production of exhaust and head gaskets with short cutting times
